Returns Policy
If by any chance you are not completely happy with the item, we will give you a full refund or exchange provided the goods are returned to us in an unworn and saleable condition within 10 working days of purchase.  Return postage will be your responsibility unless of course the item is faulty.  There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return, just fill out the returns form, completing your surname and postcode and return it to:

Please make sure you have a certificate of posting from your post office.

Exchanges within UK are free of charge, however outside the UK a small charge would be incurred.

Stock Availability
Apart from the limited range of Varcas and some other items, we hold enough stock to cover the selling season.  To avoid disappointment however please place your order in good time for your holiday.  We cannot guarantee availability on all items since some colours and styles sell better than others during each year and could be out of stock by the time your order reaches us, however we would contact you in this situation.  It will take about 3 weeks for the item to come back into stock but you will be kept fully informed.  Please note that no money is taken from your credit card until your order is processed and sent out to you.

You can order online at www.varca.com – This is a secure site

When placing your order you will receive a reference order number, this is to indicate that we have received your order but does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Once we have taken payment and sent out your order then there will be a contract between us.

Gifts
Please remember to select if the order is to be for a gift for someone as we can send your order to an address other than your own.

Also select specific delivery requirements  – if an order is required by a certain date.  

Payment
You can pay by cheque (this takes 10 days to clear) or by credit card.  Please note that we operate a secure site for your credit card details.

VAT

Delivery
All items are sent by First Class Post Royal Mail.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible – but please bear with us during the summer months which are extremely busy –

Postage and Packing Costs are clearly displayed at point of checkout.

Europe (outside UK) - £7 per pair
Rest of World - £20 per pair (inclusive of insurance)
